Week 1: Introduction -- History and Ethics
Learn the basics of law and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and the different career options available in the field of ADR. Gain an overview of the art and the discipline of ADR, find out about the history and philosophy of ethics and conflict management, and learn conflict management techniques that can be used in and out of the classroom. Week 2: Negotiation
