Our Customer Service Academy is a 10-module program that will give you the tools you need to deliver exceptional customer service to your clients. This short series can be taken individually or together to earn a certificate of completion from Santa Monica College Community Education.

We have offered customized Customer Service modules for the Hospitality, Healthcare industries, and for Certified Guest Service Professionals.
