Real Estate Principles presents fundamental real estate concepts of real and personal property, rights of ownership, transfer of ownership, agency relationships, contracts, disclosures, closing procedures, appraising, property management, lending, development, investing, and the salesperson's role in brokerage relationships and the need to be ethical when dealing with the public.

DESCRIPTION: This 45-hour course meets the requirements of the California Department of Real Estate (“DRE”) Licensing Exam in order to work as a Real Estate Salesperson in the state of California. This class fulfills one of three basic real estate pre-license course requirements for the California DRE Real Estate License.
