Women's Auto Workshop

ID : 57530
« back to classes page
Ever had a dead car battery, but didn’t know how to jump it? Find out from another woman how NOT to be a damsel in distress when it comes to your car. In a nonjudgmental atmosphere, learn the basics of how a car works, and how to speak and understand basic auto lingo that can help save you money on car repairs. And, of course, find out how to deal with a dead battery, or a flat tire! By knowing what to do, you’ll be on your way in less time than waiting for roadside assistance! This is a very hands-on workshop, so wear clothes you won’t mind getting dirty, and closed-toe shoes for safety. Bring to class your car and car owner manual (If available), along with your coffee mug. Morning coffee, donuts, and midday lunch included in fee. Materials fee $15 at class. Absolutely no walk-ins for this workshop.
