Enjoy an early tea “brunch” at a lovely Old Pasadena tea room offering a variety of tasty teas, finger sandwiches, scones, cakes, and other goodies. Visit the iconic home décor store Stats, a virtual wonderland of holiday accessories and decorations. Then, a very special treat awaits us at Pasadena’s historic Castle Green. Normally closed to the public, Castle Green opens its doors just once a year, offering a chance to explore this treasure--all dressed up for the holidays!

Start the day with the current exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in California Plaza. Then, as time permits, a walking tour of the exciting public art at several of downtown’s architecturally distinctive buildings, including the Disney Hall grounds, Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, the IM Pei, Bradbury, and Oviot buildings.
